The aim of this course is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective planning and managing of company resources in the overall procurement process. The course introduces vital negotiation skills and provides ample practice of these skills in procurement related case studies.
The course treats procurement as an integral part of the corporate management process. The course examines the major issues and principles of procurement including transparency, control, supplier relations, ERP system alignment, ethics and anticorruption.
Delegates will participate in case studies of real-life procurement situations and will master their negotiation skills. An added benefit to the course is the specific angle it provides to understanding resource and expense planning in the company.
